About OAO "Moskva - Krasnye Holmy"

Early in 1990's the Moscow City Government and the "Partnership of Theatre Architects" started to plan the construction of Moscow’s premier business and cultural center for the 21st century, under the name "Russian Cultural Center". The two partners teamed up with  ENKA, Moscow’s recognized leader in the development of "Class A" office space, and together they formed a team of visionary urban planners, architects, engineers, and consultants. They established a company under the name "Moskva - Krasnye Holmy". Its mission was to develop "Riverside Towers", a Business Center which would specifically meet the needs of multinational businesses operating in Russia.

By the end of 1998, this unique commercial development provided Moscow with 52,500 sq. meters of "Class A" office accommodation.

This new cultural center meets the highest international requirements and standards.
